Recettes Muffins inratables

Ma Recette de muffins top J’ai testé
pas mal de recettes de livres et magazines pour faire des muffins et à chaque
fois, c’était raté. Trop cuit, pas assez moelleux…. Pourtant, j’avais respecté
à la lettre leur recette dite « inratable ». C’est pourquoi, après mes nombreuses défaites
culinaires, je me suis dis qu’il était temps de réagir et de créer ma propre recette.
L’ingrédient magique n’est pas la crème, ni le lait, il s’agit du yaourt. Voici la
recette, que l’on peu modifier en fonction des envies : Pour dix
muffins environ (en fonction de la taille des moules) Ingrédients
solides : -
250g
de farine normal -
200g
de sucre -
1
sachet de levure chimique -
1
pincée de bicarbonate de soude -
1
pincée de sel Ingrédients
liquides : -
3
œufs -
2
cuillères à soupes d’extrait de vanille -
3
yaourt nature ou à la vanille non brassés -
50g
d’huile de colza Ingrédients
garniture (au choix) : -
Arachides
(amande, noix de pécan…) -
Nutella -
Pépites
ou carré de chocolat pour dessert (blanc, praliné, au lait, noir) -
Fruits
(myrtilles, fraises, pomme…) -
cannelle Ingrédients
décoration (au choix) -
copeaux
de chocolat -
noix
de Nutella -
poudre
de coco, d’amande -
colorant
alimentaire -
billes
de sucre multicolores -
coulis
de caramel Ustensiles : -

saladiers si possibles en inox -
1
fouet -
Une

Moule
à muffins Vous pouvez
faire la recette au robot. Préparation : Préchauffez
le four à 190° thermostat 6 (haut et bas ventilé) 1. Faites à l’avance la mise en place de
chaque ingrédient. Pesez-les. 2. Prenez vos deux saladiers : dans
un, mélangez les ingrédients liquides ; dans l’autre, les ingrédients
solides. 3. Une fois cela fait, ajouter dans le
saladier liquide la préparation solide. Bien mélanger. 4. Ajoutez vos éléments de garniture que vous avez choisie.
Pour le Nutella, le mettre en même temps que le remplissage de moule. 5. Remplissez vos moules à muffins au ¾ avec
une cuillère à soupe. 6. Mettez par-dessus vos éléments de
décorations pour qu’ils s’imprègnent légèrement dans les muffins durant la
cuisson. 7. Enfournez-les à 190°pour environ 25
minutes (en fonction de la taille du moule) 8. Une fois que c’est près, vous pouvez
rajouter des éléments de décoration à nouveau. Laissez refroidir et dégustez ! Conseil et
observation : vous pouvez laisser reposer la pâte si vous le souhaitez.
Mes muffins préférés restent ceux au Nutella. Vous pouvez ajouter du cacao en
poudre pour des muffins « tout chocolat ». Le yaourt donne une
texture légère, un peu comme une gaufre. N’hésitez

Bonjour, il est possible de faire cette recette sans gluten en remplaçant la farine normal par de la farine sans gluten. Il en existent beaucoup. Cependant, les plus réputés sont la farine de petit épeautre,celle de mais et pois chiche. Il existe également des mix pâtisserie de la marque schar que l'on peut acheter dans des magasins bio.

C'est une tuerie, quand vous voulez pour une invitation, je suis audits des Muffin je vais essayer de suite la recette.
Par contre heureusement que vous avez pensez à nous avec votre article sur comment perdre du poids . je me vois bien faire du lainage avec une assiette de muffins devant moi sur la table basse et oui tout se mérite;
